Nestled in the heart of Wiltshire, Kin House is nothing short of breathtaking. With its impeccable interiors and flawless style, this venue is the perfect setting to make your guests swoon. Zach and Hannah’s wedding was the ultimate blend of chic, modern elegance and timeless sophistication.

Though the couple currently lives in the States, Hannah, originally from the UK, wanted to host their wedding in her homeland. Kin House was the perfect choice—creating a homely atmosphere for their guests who had traveled from afar, while also offering the space to plan a full weekend of celebrations.

A Relaxed Start

Upon arrival, I met up with Zach and his groomsmen for their morning preparations. Since I was focusing more on the groom's side of things, I had the opportunity to capture the guys enjoying some downtime at the Fitz Bar. Zach and his groomsmen had a chance to relax, sip a drink, and share some laughs before the real excitement of the day began.

A Picture-Perfect Ceremony

The weather was absolutely perfect for an outdoor ceremony, and Zach and Hannah had chosen the stunning Walled Garden at Kin House as the location for their vows. The garden was adorned with gorgeous blooms from Blume Studio, creating a romantic, colourful backdrop.

One of Zach's groomsmen officiated the ceremony, which always adds such a personal touch when someone close to the couple leads the ceremony. It was a lovely and laid-back affair, with guests sipping drinks and basking in the sunshine as Zach and Hannah exchanged their vows.

Drinks, Music, and Laughter

After the ceremony, the drinks reception continued in the beautiful gardens and courtyard, all framed by the elegant Georgian Manor in the background. Canapés were passed, drinks flowed, and the air was filled with the sound of live music—setting the tone for an afternoon of laughter and mingling.

With so many guests having travelled from afar, it was such a beautiful moment for everyone to relax, enjoy the sunshine, and catch up with old friends and new ones. The atmosphere was warm and festive, exactly what you’d want for a celebration of love.

The Wedding Breakfast & Personal Touches

Next, guests were invited into Kilvert Hall for the wedding breakfast. This space, the largest party room at Kin House, was flooded with natural light from the huge windows. Blume Studio’s impeccable floral design—featuring soft pinks and fresh greens—complemented both the venue’s interior and the stationery perfectly.

One of the most touching details of the day was the personalised wedding favour for each guest. Zach and Hannah thoughtfully chose a vinyl record that held meaning for each individual guest and paired it with a hand-written message. It was such a heartfelt gesture, and witnessing the guests’ reactions was a truly special moment.

The bridal party made their entrance in a fun and lively way, napkins were waved in the air to kick off the festivities and create a vibrant, celebratory atmosphere, kicking off the party!

Speeches, Shots, and Dancing

After a delicious meal, the speeches began—always one of my favourite parts of the day! The room was filled with laughter, tears, and heartfelt stories. You could feel the love and connection between the couple and their guests as everyone shared memories and well-wishes.

By this point, cocktails and tequila shots were in full swing, and the energy was high. When it was time to hit the dance floor, the live band was the perfect choice to get everyone up and moving. I always say the best way to pack the dance floor is for the newlyweds to get right in the thick of it—and that’s exactly what Zach and Hannah did. They danced the night away, and their guests followed right behind, filling the floor with infectious energy.

A Perfect Day in the Cotswolds

From start to finish, Zach and Hannah’s wedding at Kin House was spectacular. Set in one of the most beautiful venues in the Cotswolds, their day was a perfect reflection of their love—filled with style, joy, and an incredible group of people. It was a celebration that will be remembered for years to come.
